Want Books: PostSecret Books by Frank Warren
Want Books? is a weekly meme hosted by Chachic’s Book Nook and features released books that you want but you can’t have for some reason. It can be because it’s not available in your country, in your library or you don’t have the money for it right now.
I have been considering joining Postcrossing. But I may not have the time to take trips to the postal office so I thought of the next best thing....
POSTSECRET: EXTRAORDINARY CONFESSIONS FROM ORDINARY LIVES
For the Postsecret project, which was started in October 2004, Warren asked people to write a secret they had never told anyone on a handmade postcard and mail it to him. This compilation is astonishing in its honesty and creativity.

Go join Postcrossing! :) You can send postcards by batches, like 5 at a time so your post office trip won't be wasted.
ReplyDeleteI used to check the Postsecret website every weekend but got tired of it when the secrets kept being emo. I want some happy secrets from time to time! The books look pretty though. I'm thinking of featuring them in a Postcard Love post. :)
I'm considering it naman still. Hee hee :). I went to NBS to check out their postcards a couple of days back. There are lovely P12 postcards. I saw the P3 ones that you were referring to as well. Soon, maybe. It seems kind of fun to anticipate postcards in the mail. :D
DeletePostsecret is more on homemade postcards. I'll be sure to check them out if you do feature Postsecret books in Postcard Love. :)
